What is the health protocol of the Central Reservation Montgenèvre?

By welcoming you to our owners' accommodation, we are committed to respect the strict sanitary protocol implemented by the health authorities and by the Regional Public Health Agency:

  • The accommodation is ventilated for at least 20 minutes during the cleaning period
  • The cleaning is carried out by people wearing masks and gloves, which are thrown away after each cleaning session.
  • Disinfection is systematically carried out after cleaning, with the appropriate products, on the elements most used as well as on all surfaces within easy reach. The bed linen available is disinfected with specific products after each rental.
  • Household accessories are either disposable or washed and disinfected after each use.

 

Rest assured that we will have taken care in each of our accommodations of:

  • Remove all documents, papers, newspapers, magazines, ...,
  • Clean all air vents and VMC,
  • Provide you with a “Welcome pack” of specific and personal single-use products such as a sponge, a roll of toilet paper, a garbage bag, a sample of washing-up liquid and floor, a microfiber ...

 

 

 

How do I book accommodation on the website?

You can either go through online booking and follow the 4-step booking tunnel up to secure online payment. You can also take advantage of our weekly, weekend and short stay promotional offers.

You select the furnished accommodation that matches your criteria, then you select the optional services.

Once you have finalized your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes, with a username and password to connect to your customer account (customer account link). The reservation is final after payment of the deposit and receipt of the contract. Remember to pay the balance one month before your arrival. We remain at your disposal if you would like more information on personalized means and terms of payment.

 

 

 

I have to cancel my stay in Montgenèvre, what should I do?

You must contact us as soon as possible in order to open a cancellation case. Generally, if you have taken a cancellation contract, it allows reimbursement of the deposit or the full stay in the event of force majeure. Contact us by email (link contact@reservation-montgenevre.com) and send us your supporting documents. An administration fee of 50 euros will be deducted from the reimbursement.

 

 

 

Can I bring my pet with me on my vacation in Montgenèvre?

Our rental stock includes a large number of accommodations that allow pets. Select the criteria "pets allowed" in the complete catalog of our rentals, and book the studio, apartment or chalet corresponding to your choice and your availability.

 

 

 

Do I have to reserve the sheets at the same time as the reservation of my accommodation?

No, you are free to take the options of your choice whenever you wish, and up to 15 days before your arrival in Montgenèvre. You can modify, add or delete the additional services to accompany your stay: ski pass with exclusive discounts, ski lessons, linen rental, bath towel kit, cleaning, baby chair or bed, nespresso machine, wifi box ,…. How is the day of my arrival and how to access my accommodation?

We welcome you on the day of your arrival at the agency which is located Avenue de Briançon on the ground floor of the future “Coeur de Montgenèvre” residence in the center of Montgenèvre opposite the Partners area, between the P5 and the P6.

Our offices are open Monday to Saturday. Rentals start no later than 5 p.m.. However we invite you to go to the agency as soon as you arrive in Montgenèvre to identify yourself, register on our arrival list so we can call you as soon as your rental is available.

 

 

 

If I need to arrive outside of agency opening hours, what should I do?

On Saturday arrival, a night reception system is organized. However, you must contact the agency before 6:00 p.m. in order to check in, leave a deposit by credit card and / or the balance of the stay and obtain the arrival procedure. Whenever possible, we recommend that you anticipate this procedure a few days before your day of arrival.
