Rental conditions MONTGENÈVRE CENTRAL RESERVATION


All rented apartments are owned by individuals. The seasonal rental on behalf of these owners is entrusted to the cooperative civil society: CENTRAL RESERVATION de MONTGENEVRE


RESERVATION:

the reservation is only guaranteed after sending the acknowledgment of receipt of the deposit, ie 25% of the rental price. The balance is to be paid 1 month before your arrival. Additional nights to those planned are billed in addition in proportion to the public rate. Payment of the deposit constitutes final acceptance of the rental contract and constitutes signing of the contract.

 

PRICES:

the rental prices indicated are all-inclusive. They include the actual rental of the accommodation equipped according to the description in your possession, booking fees, tourist taxes, optional insurance, heating costs, water, gas, electricity in particular.


CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

In the event that you have not taken out cancellation insurance, the costs are:

  • From reservation to D-45 before arrival = Total refund of amounts paid
  • D-44 to D-30 before arrival = 50% of the total amount
  • From D-29 to D-15 before arrival = 75% of the total amount
  • Within 14 days of arrival = 100% of the total amount

 

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:

To guarantee the return of the premises and furniture in good condition, you are asked to pay a
deposit, before your arrival, via the secure SWIKLY server. The cost of replacing any missing items (breakage, damage, etc.), soiled linen (duvets, pillows, mattresses) will be deducted from this deposit.

If these costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the balance.
If the departure cleaning has not been carried out by the tenant, it will be invoiced according to a fixed price and deducted from the deposit.


RECEPTION CHECK-IN AND KEY DELIVERY:

for the reception area, refer to the description on the front of the rental agreement or to the "arrival form" sent a few days before your date of stay.
The reception is on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. (If you arrive before, ask about the availability of your accommodation before 4 p.m.). The possession of the accommodation takes place on Saturday from 4 p.m. The accommodation must be vacated on the day of your departure by 10 a.m. If you wish to take possession of the keys after 6.30 p.m. on the day of your arrival, you must contact our agency. All instructions will then be given to you for your late arrival.

 

STATE OF THE PREMISES AND INVENTORIES:

Due to the large number of arrivals the rental agency cannot verify the premises rented in the presence of the tenant on the day of his arrival. The inventory and verification of the rented goods
must be carried out by the tenant, upon his arrival. Any complaint concerning the rented premises must be presented in writing to the agency, or on a secure SWIKLY server or via the online form within 24 hours of handing over the keys.

 

OCCUPANCY:

Tenants are requested:

  • to occupy the premises "with a good father",
  • to comply with the building's internal regulations, in particular with regard to noise (it is strictly forbidden to go into the apartments with ski boots), clothes hanging, cleanliness, parking of vehicles, and instructions on energy savings.
  • not to exceed in any case the number of occupants stipulated in the contract and which corresponds to the bedding equipment of the apartment in question,
  • not to use the beds without sheets or pillowcases,
  • to scrupulously respect the dates of occupation and the time of departure.

 

CLEANING:

End of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. However, the possibility is offered to the tenant to have it carried out by the rental agency for a fixed price. In this case, the agency must be informed 1 month before the date of arrival of the tenant and the option validated and paid 1 month before the date of stay. The final cleaning fee can be canceled 48 hours before the service and refunded in full.

 

RESPONSIBILITY:

The owner and his agent disclaim all liability in the event of theft or burglary in the rented premises. The tenant is required to insure against damage of any kind likely to engage his liability. Insurance is optional for each customer.

 

DISPUTES:

In the event of dispute, third parties elect domicile at the office of the CENTRAL RESERVATION Agency of MONTGENEVRE and recognize the Tribunal de Grande Instance of Gap (Hautes-Alpes) as competent.
